| Uploading Documents |
| Click Upload and attach a file to deposit in the eDoc Manager. Once the file has uploaded, you will be taken to the eDoc Manager where the file will appear under the Uploads section. |

| Faxing Documents |
| Chose the document type you are faxing, print out the bar-coded fax cover sheet and send the fax from any fax machine. Once the fax is processed by DocAssist, it will be delivered to the loan’s eDoc Manager where the file will appear under the Faxes section. |

| Accessing Documents |
| DocAssist is organized in a tree structure. Click the plus icon to expand, and click the minus icon to shrink. Click the magnifying glass icon to view a document |

| Stacking Documents |
| To edit the stacking of a document, simply drag and drop the thumbnail of the page or pages you wish to move. You can create preset stacking orders based on your lender requirements as well. |

| Printing Documents |
| There are two ways to print a document from DocAssist. You can either view the document individually and print it from the view or edit screen, or you can use the print document icon to flag and print multiple documents. |

| Emailing Documents |
| You can email documents by flagging them and clicking on the Email link. Emailed documents are encrypted and password protected. You can change the password before you send the email, if you like. |

| Forms (LenderAssist Loan Origination Users) |
| Clients who use LenderAssist Origination users have access to our library of forms including government forms, disclosures, state-specific forms, verifications and others. |
