Custom Work: For additional enhancements and customization to Customer's Web Site(s) (hereinafter “Custom Work”), you agree to pay at the rate of One Hundred Ninety Five Dollars ($195.00) per hour plus Expenses. Any request for Custom Work must be pursuant to a Work Order. During the installation and integration of the Software there will be discovery and gap analysis which may require Custom Work.
Additional Training: At your written request in the form of a Work Order, additional training or onsite visits will be provided at the following rates, provided (a) you provide at least two weeks prior written notice, (b) both parties determine mutually agreeable dates, (c) you provides OpenClose with sufficient details of the type or scope of the training requested, and (d) you provides payment in advance of the scheduled training.
- Training via GoToMeeting (Web/Conference Call): $350 per 2 hours session. Classes to be limited to 10 people.
- Training at OpenClose's office in West Palm Beach , FL : $250 per 2 hours class. Classes limited to 6 people.
- On-Site Visits will be provided by OpenClose at the rate of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1500.00) per day including travel days, plus Expenses. This fee applies, regardless of the purpose of an on-site visit, i.e. training, business analysis, etc.
- Each class will be limited to a specific set of topics. OpenClose will determine the number of sessions required depending on Client's training request.
Additional Storage Pricing: The Monthly License Fee for each additional package of Ten (10) gigabytes is Five Hundred Dollars ($500)
Additional Licenses: The fees for additional packages of Twenty Five (25) Licenses are $2,000 Implementation Fee and an additional $500 Monthly License Fee.
Additional Forms Pricing: The forms provided by OpenClose enable Users to access various forms widely used for processing residential mortgage loans including state disclosures, verifications, FHA, and VA. The Fees for additional forms are listed below:
- Simple .pdf Merge: The Implementation Fee is Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) for each additional form that does not require a screen for data input and requires not more than Ten (10) mapped fields.
- Complex .pdf Merge: The Implementation Fee is Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750) for each additional form that requires an additional screen in OpenClose Software and requires not more than Twenty (20) mapped fields.
- Custom Document: Custom forms that require an additional screen, more than Twenty (20) mapped fields, on-screen calculations, and/or .pdf development will be set forth on a Custom Work Order and priced accordingly.
- Third Party Forms Vendor. OpenClose maintains a service with an origination forms vendor (“Vendor”) that provides state disclosure forms (“Third Party State Disclosure Form Service”). In order to activate use of the Third Party State Disclosure Form Service, you must establish a contract directly with the Vendor whose contact information will be provided by OpenClose.
- You assume sole responsibility for the accuracy of any forms purchased, and whether or not use of the forms in connection with your mortgage business or otherwise complies with applicable state or federal law.
Decision Assist Private Label Programs: Decision Assist Private Label Programs: Upon your request, the additional Implementation Fee and Monthly License Fee for Private Label Programs will be set forth on a Work Order. You agree to pay a rate of $150 per hour for the development of the requested Private Label Programs.
Customer Data Copies: The fee is One Hundred Ninety Nine Dollars ($199) for each copy of the Customer Data which will be provided in a Fannie Mae DU 3.2 format.
